In most cases yes, we charge what you are quoted. But when we provide a quote over the telephone or via email we are estimating by the information that is provided by you the client, without visiting the location the quote is a ball park figure and may vary, if the price estimated is altered due to the amount of waste or an additional service is require to complete the job to our standard then your acceptance of our final price will be discussed either by telephone or in person before the job at hand is started.
We reserve the right to vary the quoted or estimated price if at the time at collection if the amount has differed from the initial viewing or if new information regarding the nature of the waste comes to out attention, whether or not this could have been ascertained at the start of the cleaning / clearance process. Quotes may vary due to items being removed that are in the original house clearance quote.
The client will be updated at the earliest opportunity that hazardous materials have been found.
